St John’s - Annual Awards Ceremony

Richmond Kindergarten

Tasman District Council

The Nelson Tasman Positive Aging Forum discussed the Age to Be Positive Aging Expo.  The Forum was very positive about the event, but in particular mentioned the venue, and noted the work that went in to preparing the venue for the Expo. Age to Be Expo

To members of Grace Church

This is a personal thank you from myself, but also as Chair of the Positive Aging Group, as regards the Expo.  From where I sit, it is due to the wonderful venue you have, but also the assistance you give in so many ways.  The time and effort all done with a friendly smile etc., certainly, I believe, sets the tone for the whole day.  It is a pleasure.  So many people spoke with me about your overall area and many did not know it was there, but a building can not do it on its own and I thank you for who you are.

Pinnacle House

Every year we hold a major fundraiser to raise money for our vocational service for people with disabilities. In the past we have held a quiz night, night market, and in recent years, a fashion parade, which has now become a yearly event. The Headingly Centre is an outstanding venue, and we cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Their support before, during and after our events is such a blessing to us all. Everything is done in a professional manner; they always go out of their way to ensure we have a successful event. We are incredibly grateful to have this facility for our use. I highly recommend The Headingly Centre to anyone considering a future conference or event.
