Guess Who's Coming to Lunch (Sunday 13 Sept)
Guess Who's Coming to Lunch is a simple concept. You register as either a GUEST or a HOST.
GUESTS buy some bread and drink, and find out where they are going after church that day.
HOSTS prepare a simple meal and find out who they are hosting as the guests knock on the door! You can host as many or as few people as you feel comfortable with. Hosts, this is not MasterChef or My House and Garden!
Guests will bring bread, so you can have cold meat and salad for sandwiches, or, if you prefer, you could fire up the BBQ, heat some soup, or cook a roast. Whatever is easiest and low-stress for you as a host.
It's not about the extent of your menu, the size or state of your home (or garden), it is about sharing a simple meal in joy and fellowship. A great way to get to know someone you might not otherwise connect with on a Sunday.
